About Kathy Borer, RN, LICSW
Kathy is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She provides Telehealth services exclusively.

Kathy has been helping people improve their health and well being for over 34 years. She has extensive experience to work with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Compex-PTSD and Dissociative Experiences as well as anxiety, depression and grief. Kathy brings warmth, compassion and humor to the therapy setting. She is passionate about individual and family, health, connectedness and safety. Kathy is trained specifically in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Sensory Motor Psychotherapy and Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network Therapy.

Kathy graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus with a bachelors degree in Nursing and has held a Registered Nurse (RN) license since 1988. In 2003, she graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN with a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW). Kathy has held a Clinical Social Work license (LICSW) since 2005. She is presently licensed in Minnesota and Hawaii.
